Servaas is involved in the development of quantum technologies at TU/e, and he works on methods to ultracool atoms to make qubits - the fundamental component of any quantum computer. By 2024, Servaas and TU/e researchers are aiming to build Eindhoven's very own hybrid quantum computer. Listen to this episode to hear about the technology behind quantum computers and his plans for a hybrid quantum computer.
